«Grow with Us» Scholarship Program

As we continue to seek sustainable construction methods, we are looking for top talents to join our team – people passionate about sustainability, driven by curiosity, and eager for growth, learning, and progress. With sustainability at core and our commitment to the local community, we are proud to announce that we have launched “Grow with us” Scholarship Program together with Technical Faculty in Pula Novosti TFPU-a – Tehnički fakultet u Puli (unipu.hr).

If you want to be part of changing how the world builds, we invite you to apply for our scholarship and internship program for the academic year 2024/2025. Selected students will have the opportunity to:

• Gain practical experience at the Calucem factory in Pula in an international, innovative, and stimulating environment (July and August 2024).
• Work with a mentor on personal development (goal setting, importance of giving and receiving feedback, performance assessment).
• Receive an annual scholarship of €2,500.
• Potentially secure employment at Calucem in their field after completing their studies, based on company needs at that time.
• The scholarship and internship program is open to regular undergraduate or graduate students in mechanical engineering, chemistry, mining, and civil engineering.

• Confirmation of enrollment in a regular study program
• Transcript of grades from previous years of study
• Proof of permanent residence
• Statement that you do not receive other forms of scholarship.
